• Consistently ranked amongst the top 30 golf courses in the country as listed by all major golf publications.

• Ranked amongst the 20 best maintained golf courses in the country as indicated by the annual ranking of the top 100 golf courses in the country.

• Participated in the design and construction phases for a new 2 million dollar, 12,000 sq. ft. maintenance facility.   Provided over 45 individual tours for other facilities looking for advice on doing the same.

• Participated in the design phase and the installation of a new Toro Site-Pro irrigation system with VP satellite controllers.

• Installed over 3 miles of sub-surface drainage pipe throughout the property improving course playability.

• Directed the installation of the XGD drainage system to all 18 greens.

• Implemented a comprehensive tree preservation and improvement plan encompassing over 3,000 trees.

• Initiated a complete bunker restoration program: this includes the repositioning and rebuilding of the original A.W. Tillinghast designed bunkers.

• Re-surfaced and aligned the majority of tees of the golf course.

• Added significant yardage by building additional championship tees.

• Edited a quarterly new letter summarizing all golf course activities.

• Coordinated the all exterior site-work and utility engineering for a 9 million dollar Club House renovation project that included a new pool, halfway house and cabañas.

• Relocated and built a new irrigation pump house with a state of the art Watertronics water delivery system with fertigation capabilities.

• Installed a 237 Kva generator to provide back-up power to run the irrigation system, maintenance facility and staff residence in the event of a power outage.

• Coordinated a wide-ranging lease / buy program encompassing all equipment needs to operate the golf course.

• Have direct work experience with Tom Marzolf (The Fazio Group) and Gil Hanse.
